Shipping Information:
Most stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Pick up at our City of Industry location is also available.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
No returns or refund, only exchange. Order is not cancelled until we have notify you by email. All shipped order cannot be canceled. Return items will be accepted for exchange only if: 1) You have a Return Authorization (RA) number. 2) Item in its original condition and original package. 3) Item was not mishandled or abused in any way 4) Shipped insured by Fedex or UPS by buyer. 5) Item is defective. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. No returns / exchanges for electrical items. If items return for exchange found not defective 15% restock fee will be applied.
