Shipping Information:
Most stock items are shipped within 1 business day. Orders may drop ship directly by other distributors from different locations. Orders shipped will have the basic insurance provided by shipping carrier but it may not cover the full value of merchandise. Customers who want to purchase additional insurance please contact us before they place the order. Pick up at our City of Industry location is available for in stock items.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Items sold are not returnable for refunds. If item is manufacturer defective it has to be shipped back to manufacturer within 30 days of original purchase date for investigation in order to claim for exchange. Manufacturer has the final decision on approval of exchange claim. Order is not canceled until we have notified you by email and all canceled orders are subject to 5% credit card refund fee. All shipped order cannot be canceled. Return items will be accepted for exchange only if: 1) You have a Return Authorization (RA) number. 2) Item in its original condition and original package. 3) Shipped insured by Fedex or UPS by buyer. 4) Item is defective. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. No order will be allowed for return after 30 days.
