Lennox 48G95 Relay

I HAVE A LENNOX G16Q3/4 -100-1 FURNACE (vintage 1987) with an intermittent, faulty relay p-8-5387. There are 5 wires attached to 4 locations on the relay. one location has two red wires attached to its double blades. How should I connect the wires on this new 4 terminal relay?. Should I combine the two red wires into one and mount it on one terminal blade.

48G95 is the direct replacement for p-8-5387 however we would need the wiring diagram of the p-8-5387 since there is no data assoicated with this part anymore. Please reply this message with the wiring diagram so we can check for you.
