Featuring a 1-11/16" collar size, this OEM component is the direct replacement for Bell & Gossett P77063. While categorized as a greased assembly for service identification, it is important for technicians to note that the P2002450A comes dry from the factory and requires appropriate lubrication based on application specs before commissioning. This assembly is critical for maintaining shaft alignment and minimizing radial loads in large-scale hydronic and industrial water systems. Engineered specifically for the VSC and VSCS pump series, it ensures tight tolerances are met during bearing frame overhauls, preventing premature mechanical seal failure and reducing vibration across the drive train.

Key Benefits for Technicians:

OEM Compatibility: Precision-engineered for a perfect fit in VSC/VSCS 6x6, 8x8, and 10x12 pump configurations.

Industrial-Grade Geometry: Built to handle the high rotational speeds and hydraulic forces typical of double suction pumps.

Direct Cross-Reference: Eliminates retrofit guesswork by serving as the official P77063 replacement bearing.

Field Reliability: Helps restore pump efficiency to factory standards, extending the mean time between failures (MTBF).

Common Questions:

Is the P2002450A bearing pre-lubricated?
No. While it is a replacement for greased-style bearing assemblies, the unit is shipped dry.
