The Maxitrol MR212D-2-1212 Valve is a premium 1-1/2" NPT modulating gas valve and regulator engineered for direct-fired (negative pressure) burners. With a maximum 5 PSI inlet pressure and dual pressure settings, this valve delivers precise, stable, and instantaneous temperature control for a wide range of industrial and commercial heating applications.

Part of the renowned Selectra® Electronic Gas Flame Modulating System, the MR212D-2-1212 features a unique modulator/regulator design that eliminates the need for motors or mechanically driven butterfly valves. It ensures non-fluctuating temperature regulation, ideal for area heating, drying, and process temperature control.

This valve is specifically designed for negative pressure (pull-through) systems and includes a counter spring mechanism to maintain closure against vacuum forces. Factory-set for applications up to -1.5” w.c., the MR212 can be field-adjusted up to -3.5” w.c., providing flexibility for various operating conditions.
