Williams 7B111 Fan Blade

  • $325.00

The Williams 7B111 Fan Blade is a critical replacement component designed specifically for Forsaire Counterflow Top Vent furnaces. This 8-blade aluminum assembly is engineered for 65,000 BTU models, including the Williams 6508 series, where maintaining precise static pressure and consistent CFM is vital for heat exchanger integrity. Featuring an 11-1/4" diameter and a 1/2" bore, this CW (clockwise) rotation blade ensures the blower assembly moves air efficiently from the top intake through the floor-level discharge. As a veteran-grade HVAC furnace repair part, it provides a direct mechanical fit for legacy numbers M107087, P014300, and P014400. When vibration or reduced airflow indicates a balanced-pitch failure, installing this OEM replacement fan blade restores the ventilation efficiency required for high-output counterflow systems.

Key Benefits:
  • Direct OEM Fit: Drop-in replacement for Williams Forsaire 65000 BTU 6508631 and 6508632 models.
  • Optimized Airflow: Precision-pitched 8-blade design restores original CFM performance and prevents motor overheating.
  • Industrial Durability: Constructed with heavy-duty materials to resist corrosion and structural fatigue under high-cycle demand.
  • Vibration Reduction: Factory-balanced to protect the blower motor shaft and internal bearings from premature wear.
Common Questions:

Is the Williams 7B111 compatible with 35,000 BTU models?
No, 35,000 BTU models typically utilize a smaller 8-1/2" blade. This 11-1/4" fan blade is specifically sized for 50,000 and 65,000 BTU Forsaire units.

How do I verify the rotation for this part?
The 7B111 is a Clockwise (CW) rotation blade when viewed from the motor shaft side. Always verify your existing motor's rotation before installation.

What causes these blades to fail?
Common issues include debris impact, set-screw loosening, or metal fatigue from years of thermal cycling, which can lead to excessive noise or furnace limit switch tripping due to restricted airflow.
