QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • I recently had a new gas furnace installed.. Maytag M120 (MGC2TN060D24B1). There seems to be too much gas pressure as the flame rolls over almost everytime it ignites. Sounds like a small explosion. Can thnis or similar regulator be used to reduced the pressure?

If it is a new gas furnace we suggest having someone to come by and check it / file a warranty claim for you. Please contact Maytag for details. Once you install another regulator not the same as the original one you will void your warranty on this new furnace.
