The Resideo YTHX1200W5 ElitePRO S1200 Smart Thermostat Kit combines a white S1200 touchscreen thermostat with a wireless indoor room sensor for residential and light-commercial HVAC control. The thermostat supports systems up to 4 heat/2 cool heat pump or 3 heat/3 cool conventional configurations and operates on 20–30 VAC power.
The RedLINK 3.0 thermostat provides wireless communication with compatible indoor room sensors, outdoor sensors, and other supported accessories. The included wireless room sensor monitors temperature, humidity, and motion, allowing the system to prioritize comfort in selected areas.
The Resideo smart thermostat also provides Wi-Fi connectivity, indoor humidity monitoring, VOC and estimated CO₂ monitoring, and remote system access through the First Alert by Resideo app. It supports a range of HVAC applications, including dual-fuel, fan-coil, PTAC, radiant, gas, oil, electric warm-air, and hydronic systems.
