Shipping and return policy

Shipping Information:

Most stock items are shipped within one business day. Orders may be drop-shipped directly from other distributors located in different locations. GSIstore does not use customer shipping accounts for any shipments. Orders shipped using economy shipping do not include tracking numbers or insurance protection against loss or damage. Orders shipped by UPS will have basic insurance provided by the shipping carrier, but this insurance may not cover the full value of merchandise. Customers who want to purchase additional insurance should contact us before placing the order. Carriers may require a signature from the recipient to release the package. All claims related to shipping damage must be filed by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. GSIstore is not responsible for any claims associated with the package once it is picked up by the shipping company, but we will provide the necessary paperwork and assistance if available to file a claim against the shipping company.

Please note that all Friday orders with UPS Next Day Air services will be delivered the following Monday, unless the customer contacts us for Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is subject to availability and additional fees. Some UPS Ground orders may ship via USPS services, depending on the order's destination.

Free/economy shipping usually takes between three and 10 business days.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

Please note that some items are exchangeable but not returnable for refunds for any reason per the manufacturer's policy. Returned items must meet the following conditions: 1) Buyers must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items without an RA number will be refused and returned to the shipper. 2) Items have never been used or installed in their original package and are in resalable, as-new condition. 3) Items are shipped insured by FedEx or UPS by the buyer with the RA number written on the outside of the box. 4) Items are received within 30 days of the original purchase date. A 20% restocking charge (or more) will be applied to all return items unless the item is manufacturer defective. Some manufacturers may have a higher restocking fee on certain items. Manufacturers may require a contractor license and other information to process return claims. Each manufacturer has different rules that both our company and our customers must follow. Failure to follow the manufacturer's return policy can result in a denial of the claim. The manufacturer has the final decision on the approval of the claim, and it may take 30 days or longer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. No orders will be allowed for return after 30 days from the original purchase date.

All defective/warranty claims must be shipped back to the manufacturer/factory for inspection/investigation. This process may take up to eight weeks approximately, and a refund will be given after inspection. No credit for freight will be given for either inbound or outbound.

If third-party services are offered, including but not limited to extended warranties, protection insurance, discount points, etc., through our website, these services are not provided by GSIstore directly. Therefore, they will have their sales terms and conditions. GSIstore is not responsible for their services, so please read their terms of services before proceeding with said service provider.

An order is not considered canceled until we have notified you by email. All canceled orders are subject to a 5% credit card transaction fee if applicable. All shipped orders cannot be canceled.
