Carrier HH19ZA940 Limit Switch

In my old home, I had a Janitrol split system A/C. Once in a while the fan would not kick in and the compressor would run, causing it to freeze. I replaced the sequencer / limit switch, and it worked fine. I moved, and my A/C is a Carrier. Same problem just came up, every so often the fan will not engage, so I want to buy Carrier Limit Switch HH19ZA940, do you think this would be the same fix? Thank you.

Unfortunately there are numerous parts that may cause the same problem so it is hard to pinpoint what the problem is without checking it out in the field. Sorry we are not sure if this is the part that is causing the problem.
