As a 7 HP R22 compressor, it is pre-charged with mineral oil (32 cP viscosity), making it a direct drop-in replacement for existing Maneurop installations requiring high torque and reliable performance in demanding refrigeration environments.

Built for durability in the field, the Danfoss Maneurop MT80-3VI features a large internal free volume to mitigate the risk of liquid hammering when liquid refrigerant enters the shell. The technical interface includes a 1-3/4" Rotolock suction port with a 1-1/8" ODF sweat sleeve and a 1-1/4" Rotolock discharge port with a 3/4" ODF sleeve. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a 3/8" NPT oil equalization connection and a threaded oil sight glass, allowing for effective oil management in multiple-compressor racks or parallel systems.
