Our company does not have 608 certification but our HVAC tech does, any issues using his certification with the company paying for the refrigerant?

No, unfortunately due to shipping regulations this item can only be shipped by Refrigerant Shipping which goes by ground only. Transit time will be based on distance so you may still get it next day if you are really closed.
